History
Student Insights was founded in 2003 on the simple
principle of providing affordable, effective market
research to higher education.
Student Insights, located near Pittsburgh, launched
its Student-View Report for the Western Pennsylvania
region in 2003. This comprehensive survey helped
a number
of regional colleges focus their marketing and recruiting
efforts to attract more students.
Based on the initial success and inquiries from across
the United States, we expanded our Student-View
Report to cover institutions
in all 50 states.
Student Insights also expanded its range of higher
education market research, including focus groups
and surveys
of parents, guidance counselors, current college
students, alumni and employers. Student
Insights was recently featured in the Pittsburgh
